The lists of medical professionals, support group leaders and telephone contacts are produced by NAAF as references. They are intended to provide the public with quick access to information on dermatologists who have told us they treat alopecia areata and volunteers in our community who host alopecia areata support group meetings and field support phone calls. None of the databases, nor any of their data, listings, or other constituent elements may be downloaded, republished, or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any other lists, or for any other purposes without the prior express written permission of NAAF.

Although NAAF warrants that it undertakes reasonable efforts to keep the information contained in its lists accurate, NAAF does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in those databases, or in any way endorse the individuals described therein. The above warranty is the only warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, made by NAAF with respect to our lists. In no event shall NAAF be liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information contained therein.
